 Observations from DET indicate the middle level cloudiness (most likely alto types)
 which moved over DET during the afternoon.  Only for one observation were overcast
 skies reported (1954 UTC - likely altostratus), time of maximum cloudiness.
 Cloudiness began & ended as scattered during the period (likely altocumulus),
 as can be seen on the satellite images.
